Introduction to Initiative Person

Following graduation as electronic engineer from Yangon Technological University in 1998, U Thein Soe has gained experience in Project Management and Leadership skill in ICT sector and Training Field. He gained Postgraduate Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from University of Yangon in 2011, and after that, he involved in several projects under the tile of National GIS Expert and providing training to different organizations.

Since 2015, He has been working as visiting lecturer at some educational institutes and conducting capacity-building programs at various departments and organizations. He had successfully completed Executive MDevS Programme in 2017 and extended his expertise to socio-economic assessment and research studies. Now he is standing as Individual Expert and Freelance Trainer.

He is working as Executive Committee Member in Development Studies Association Myanmar (DSAM) and the Publicist cum Fellow Member of Myanmar Environment Assessment Association (MEAA).

Let’s get together those who can work together.
