E Guard becomes the CSR Partner

E Guard is a 100% citizenship owned company and has been providing knowledge-based services. E Guard is trying to fill the gaps of technology know-how about the environment for the country and provide the required services to make sure the minimum negative impacts which needed while doing the development and betterment of livelihood of the people and the state.

As a responsible company, E Guard is also committed to take efforts towards the contribution to Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs), and they focus on six areas of

E Guard encourages and supports their employees to continue their life-long-learning for improving their capacity. In the year 2023 of 10^th anniversary, E Guard looks outward for their contribution from employee to society. Board of Directors desires to collaborate with SCOPE Network to formulate a training program to create an open opportunity of learning essential soft skills by everyone. Now E Guard becomes the foremost partner of LetSintKan CSR Program.

According to the World Economic Forum, all of us will need reskilling by 2025; top 10 scales by four types of skill. We notice that “Critical Thinking and Analysis” and “Complex Problem-Solving” skills are crucial for tomorrow’s dynamic environment. These two skills are also highest potential for promoting the other five SDGS with quality education, and therefore we consider delivering an open-access training for “Creative Problem Solving”. This training will be delivered through Thin-U Learning Platform. As the training workshop will be conducted with hybrid online-learning style, it will be ensuring that everyone will have equal opportunity to join the program without boundary.

E Guard သည် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဝန်ထမ်းများအား စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် မြှင့်တင်ရန်အတွက် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လေ့လာသင်ယူမှုကို ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် အားပေးပံ့ပိုးပေးနေပါသည်။ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ (၁၀)  နှစ်မြောက် နှစ်ပတ်လည်ဖြစ်သော ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် E Guard သည် ၎င်း၏ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုများကို ဝန်ထမ်းများထံမှ လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝန်းများဆီအထိ ဖြန့်ကျက်ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် စတင်စဉ်းစားလာခဲ့သည်။ ဒါရိုက်တာဘုတ်အဖွဲ့သည် လူတိုင်းအတွက် မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်သော Soft Skill များကို သင်ယူနိုင်သည့် အခွင့်အလမ်းကို ဖန်တီးရန်အတွက် SCOPE Network နှင့် လက်တွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန် ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့သည်။ ယခုအခါ E Guard သည် LetSintKan CSR ပရိုဂရမ် ၏ အဓိက လက်တွဲဖော်ဆောင်သူ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့သည်။

ကမ္ဘာ့စီးပွားရေးဖိုရမ်၏အဆိုအရ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားလုံးသည် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုလေးမျိုး၊ အဓိကစွမ်းရည် ၁၀ ခု အသင့်ရှိနေစေရန် လေ့လာဖြည့်ဆည်းဖို့ လိုအပ်လာပါသည်။။ ၎င်းတို့အနက် “Critical Thinking and Analysis” နှင့် “Complex Problem-Solving” စွမ်းရည်များသည် အပြောင်းအလဲနှင့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများသော ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အတွက် အရေးကြီးကြောင်းကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သတိပြုမိပါသည်။ ဤကျွမ်းကျင်မှုနှစ်ခုသည် အရည်အသွေးမှီပညာရေးဖြင့် အခြားသော SDG (၅) ခုကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်အတွက် လိုအပ်ချက်အမြင့်ဆုံးဖြစ်လာပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် မည်သူမဆို တက်ရောက်လေ့လာ သင်ယူခွင့် ရှိစေမည့် “Creative Problem Solving” သင်တန်းတစ်ခု ဖွင့်လှစ်ပို့ချပေးရန် စဉ်းစားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ထို Training Workshop ကို Thin-U Learning Platform မှတစ်ဆင့် ပေါင်းစပ်အွန်လိုင်း-သင်ယူမှုပုံစံ ဖြင့် ပို့ချပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး လူတိုင်းသည် အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ  တန်းတူတက်ရောက်နိုင်ခွင့် ရရှိစေမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
