He has been working in the civil engineering field for several years especially in the civil infrastructure projects/construction, irrigation works, river engineering works and water engineering field. During that time, he had been a part of multiple projects, that focused on the

  • master planning,
  • feasibility study for road/hotel/building construction projects,
  • irrigation projects,
  • river improvement,
  • river training projects, and
  • inland water navigation improvement project.

He is particularly detail oriented, and has always been praised for his ability to foresee potential problems and make proactive plans.

In his previous role as a project engineer, he was responsible for planning, administration and examining the operation and maintenance of the completed projects as well as implementation of new projects. He also helped with the maintenance and upgrading of several completed projects that needed to improve the longevity of the project life time.

He is not only attentive to detail when designing/maintaining and administration of the construction/irrigation projects and river training projects. He is also attentive to the criticism of others, and highly value feedback that will make the projects run more smoothly. His extensive experiences in implementing & supervising technical aspects for road/hotel/building construction projects, irrigation projects and river projects are as follows.

:: Manage and provide the technical aspects of the project implementation process.
:: Establish and maintain project implementation schedules.
:: Manage and administer the implementation of contracts.
:: Monitor and evaluate progress and performances and progresses of project activities on daily base and report it in a monthly manner.
:: Prepare progress reports and co-ordinate with responsible officials in certifying progress for payments to contractors, suppliers and consultants.
:: Supervision and construction of project works based on technical specifications.
:: Prepare and distribute technical reports to the project director and responsible staffs.
:: Organize and participate in Project-related missions and workshops.
:: Manage and prepare the financial planning and control the use of funds and budget for the project.
:: Hands on experience in procurement of goods, consultancy services, non-consultancy services and civil works for water resources development projects following the Procurement Guidelines of World Bank, French Development Agency, Asian Development Bank, and UN and other Multilateral Funding Agencies.
