She finished the Bachelor degree in 2010, specialization in Business Management. According to the personal interest, she continued the further study of Public Administration and gained the Master degree in 2014. She is also the candidate of Master program in Applied Statistics.
She has more than 8-year professional experience in social field, especially for the public communication, facilitation of meeting and social impact assessment. As a social consultant, she worked with three local EIA firms for more than 30 projects; in which some of the projects were worked together with international firms under World Band and ADB. Under these international projects, she also joined some technical workshops as the facilitator. Her milestones are to identify and assess the environmental and social related issue for Ayeyarwady River Basin Area, Pan Hlaing River and Twente Canal. She also works the several assessments for Power Plants and Terminals.
